Meet Joe Berko
Joe Berko is the Founder and CEO of Astor Realty Capital. Over the past 30+ years, he has built a national real estate investment platform with approximately $3.0 billion in real estate assets across 15 top-performing U.S. markets.
As of Q2 2026, Astor’s portfolio includes 38 investments, 21 exits, 4.7 million square feet, and 3,680 units across multifamily, mixed-use, residential condo, hospitality, industrial, land, and office assets. Joe invests his own capital alongside Astor investors, so when you invest with Astor, you invest alongside the people running it.
